Returns, Damaged/Defective Items, Missing or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at theinbox2022@gmail.com with a picture of the issue within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation provided by USPS. We will be unable to provide refunds/replacements without a picture. Please include your order number and the shipping information of your order.

We cannot accept returns of used products. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order or any products ordered through The InD Box. When contacting us, please include your order number and the date the order was placed.

Refunds (if applicable) 

If you are due a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, usually decided by your banking institution. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at theinbox2022@gmail.com.  

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, replacements are also dependent on maker availability. If you have any issues please send us an email at theinbox2022@gmail.com.
